Scan2Pay can be used if the QR-bills are issued in Swiss francs and originate from Swiss or Liechtenstein banks. In addition, the invoices must relate to purchase and service contracts. Credit, leasing, trade credit and credit card invoices cannot be paid with Scan2Pay.
Your payments are protected by state-of-the-art security standards. After you log into the Cembra app, every payment with Scan2Pay also requires re-authentication via face ID, fingerprint or app code. It is important that you do not grant unauthorised third parties access to the Cembra app. Further information on due care for use of the Cembra app can be found at https://www.cembra.ch.
Scan2Pay can be used with all active Cembra credit cards that are stored in the Cembra app.
Yes, there is a maximum invoice amount for the Scan2Pay function. This will be displayed after you have scanned the invoice.

A Scan2Pay fee of 0.8% of the invoice amount will be charged. The final amount will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.
